Our mission is simple... helping people experience fullness of life. We believe conforming to God’s unaltered, unchanging design leads to human flourishing. Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:31-32). No matter your story or circumstance, you can experience abundant life by walking with God through the power of the Gospel.
We discover, develop and deploy people who example fullness of life within God's design. In Kingdom partnership with churches, para-church ministries and all who follow Jesus Christ, we model and proclaim the Unaltered life through sharing and serving.
Unaltered Ministries launched in 2019 out of an expansion and re-visioning of a ministry originally called Silver Ring Thing (SRT). Founded in 1995, SRT was a worldwide movement started by Denny and Amy Pattyn in Yuma, AZ that challenged a generation of teens to live with sexual purity and integrity through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In 24+ years, SRT hosted more than 1,400 events worldwide, reaching nearly 750,000 teens, parents and leaders. More than 265,000 teens received rings as a symbol of their commitment to pursue purity with another 131,000+ dedicating their lives to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. In November 2016, Jason Burtt became President of SRT and began to re-imagine how God may utilize this ministry to meet the confusing, diverse and complex issues of our present culture. Two years later, the vision of the ministry expanded from a platform of purity and abstinence until marriage to leading students to fullness in ALL aspects of life. Now named Unaltered Ministries, the message proclaims to a generation that, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8: 31-32). Unaltered carries on the kingdom impact from its grassroots and inspires students, parents, and leaders to pursue God’s unaltered design for their lives.
